As an organization dealing primarily with vulnerable children and adults, Our Rainbow House is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and vulnerable people in our community. All Our Rainbow House employees, volunteers and partners are required to adhere to our Child Protection and Safeguarding Vulnerable People policies, procedures and Codes of Conduct. Any breaches of our polices and/or Codes of Conduct will be treated seriously, investigated immediately and reported to local enforcement authorities when necessary. Our Rainbow House has zero tolerance for abuse or exploitation.
Child Protection Policy and Procedure
Any concerns relating to bullying, harassment, anti-discrimination and whistleblowers may be directed to admin@ourrainbowhouse.org.au and will be followed up as per our Complaints Handling procedures.
